Why is light so important to our well-being?


Like air. And water. Natural sunlight is vital to life. The rising and setting of the sun keeps our circadian sleep-wake cycle in perfect sync to maintain a healthy body, mind and mood. And its beauty restores us spiritually and awakens our senses. But these days, we spend as much as 90% of our days indoors – under poor quality light. We’re missing all the good stuff natural sunlight does for our bodies, minds and moods.
